PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES
All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Please note, if you are buying during a sale period, this may be extended up to 2 additional more days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your dispatch details.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS
Once an order has been handed to our shipping providers, the delivery timeframes are subject to their capacity to meet the below timeframes.
UK: 3-5 Days
Australia: 5-8 Days 
United States: 4-6 Days
Anywhere else in the world: 5-10 Days

It's simple! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it back to us.

To receive a full refund to your original payment method, returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin your return, simply email us with your order number and we’ll provide you the return address. 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a defect, please email pr@theglowigirlcollective.com so that we can investigate. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue, which may include offering are placement, discount, store credit or refund. Please note: all items undergo rigorous quality control checks both before shipment and upon return.
